Questions

Before you come.

Everything people ask before buying a pass, exhibiting or sponsoring. If yours is missing, email admin@thepleasureexpo.com.

How old do I have to be to attend Pleasure Expo?

18 or older, no exceptions, and you will need a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. We do not admit minors under any circumstance, including infants.

When do tickets go on sale?

After the host hotel is announced. The venue, the room block and ticket sales are announced together so the hotel rate is locked before anyone books. Leave your email on the attend page and you will hear the day passes open.

Where is Pleasure Expo?

Houston, Texas, April 16 to 18, 2027. The host hotel is announced when the venue contract is signed, together with the room block.

What about alcohol?

Alcohol is served only in designated 21+ areas, and you will be carded and wristbanded at the entrance to them. Attendees aged 18 to 20 are welcome at the show and are not permitted in those areas. VIP drink tickets are issued only to 21+ wristband holders.

Is the burlesque competition included?

Yes. Heats on Friday night and the final on Saturday night are included with every pass, including single-day passes. The Saturday headline show is included too.

What is the conduct policy?

Ask first, every time. No touching anyone or their property without clear permission. Security walks the floor all weekend and removes people without a refund. The full code of conduct is on this site, printed on your badge and posted at every entrance.

Can I take photos?

Photos are fine on the vendor floor and at the main stage. No photography in the wellness lounge, the education rooms, or the late-night program. Never photograph another attendee without asking.

Is there nudity?

No. Performers, attendees and exhibitors follow the venue's dress standards, and all programming, including the burlesque competition, stays within what our venue agreement and Houston ordinances allow. This is an expo, not a club.

Is it for couples, singles, or both?

Both. People come as couples, in groups of friends and on their own. The couples-communication sessions are built for partners; everything else works either way.

Where should I stay?

The host hotel and its room block are announced together, ahead of ticket sales. Book through the block link when it opens. It holds our rate, and it counts toward the contract that keeps the show viable.

How do I get press credentials?

Use the get-involved form on the about page and choose Media in your message. We verify the outlet and recent bylines. Credentials include the press lounge.

How do I become a vendor or a sponsor?

Booths start at $1,600 and sponsorships run from $500 to $20,000. The vendor and sponsor pages have the details and a form. An agreement and invoice follow within two business days.
